Home grown tomatoes

We're enjoying so many tomatoes.  Did you know you can chop them with cilantro, salt, and lime juice to use as a topping for black beans?  Or chop them with basil, Parmesan cheese, black olives, and salt to give salad an Italian food flavor?  Or chop them with dill, lime juice, salt, cucumbers, and onion to go with Middle Eastern food?  And they're so good by themselves!  And on sandwiches.  We'll miss them when they're gone.  Given that 106 degree temperatures are predicted for this week, they could be gone sooner than later.  We've already picked some tomatoes and peppers that had semi-roasted on the vine.
