Met Amon and Fox at Central Market so we could spend the evening with Fox while Amon watch an Ultimate Fighting Championship bout.

Jan's birthday party: April 16, 2016

Former sister-in-law Jan turned 60 on April 14.  We celebrated at Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza, a restaurant located in old ranch buildings.  Pictured are niece Beka's husband Scott; Jan; Jan's stepdaughter Hannah and Hannah's husband Charles.

Shreveport: April 14-15, 2016

Drove over to Shreveport for a quick visit with Dad and the siblings.  Here we are in Martha and Craig's new home.  Got to see Charles too, but he didn't come with us to Martha and Craig's. Martin brought us some Bluebell ice cream. Yum!

April 9, 2016: Suzan's annual garden party

Neighbor Suzan has a garden party every Spring.  You bring three items and go home with three different ones.  Good way to share plants, planting tips, etc.

I came home with someone's fading Easter bouquet; re-potted the flowers.  I think they'll do fine.  And I couldn't resist taking the Mexican petunias in the Coushatta Casino Resort pail.

April 7, 2016: Evelyn's 98th birthday party

Fox plays on the KindleFire while we wait to pick up Evelyn's birthday cake from Upper Crust Bakery.

We had the party outside at Westminster, where there are tables, a walking path, and a putting green.

Fox took Jake and Lucy for a ride, while Jim ran to catch up.

Future golf pros?  Fox, Sadie, and Jim sinking balls.

Happy 39th birthday, Evelyn!  with hugs from Fox, Sadie, and Jim, while Jake (only his leg is showing) and Lucy look on.

Dinner was from El Mercado.  Sarah, Jim, Evelyn, Beka, Sadie, Fox, and Amon were at the table.  Tom was getting ice and Kirk was handing out meals.
