Santa Fe farmers market (August 29, 2017)


Squash blossoms.  They seem to delicate to cook.  I wonder how it's done?

Nasturtiums can be added to salads.  They remind me of you, Dad.  We always had nasturtiums in Peru.

Hatch chili roaster.  Love the aroma!  And the flavor of roasted hatch chilis sauteed in olive oil with salt.
