Mom and Dad lived in Stavanger, Norway, in the early '70s.  Dad was with ODECO (Offshore Drilling and Exploration Company) due to North Sea oil discoveries.  Here's Mom, movie camera in hand, waiting for the children's parade to pass.  That's Dad above, watching from his office window.
