Training for John Muir Trail

So the serious training has begun.  I walked home from work four days this past week, two days when it was drizzling.  Was invigorating!  The rain was pouring too hard Friday morning for me to bus to work, so I drove.  But when I got home, I did 200 kettle bell swings (okay, in increments of 25 with a breather in between) and only a 15-pound kettle bell.
