Au revoir, Zoomer, bon jour Max! (June 1, 2021)

Taps to the Zoomer, after 11 years of growling engine, 6 on the floor.  The April hailstorm totaled her.  We visited her one last time on June 1, to make sure we'd taken out all of our belongings before State Farm picked her up.  In my dreams, State Farm repaired the hail damage, sold her, and someone, somewhere, is falling in love with her like we did.

Meet Max!  The 2011 Mazda CX7 is kind of like the Zoomer all grown up.  

We didn't even notice Max peering at us from the fuel tank door until we got her home.  She's got more space for our beekeeping equipment.  I miss driving standard.  Maybe never again?  Guessing our next vehicle after Max will be electric.
