Emma on stage

Emma performed in the gospel choir and as a towns person  in "To Kill a Mockingbird" on February 2, 2014, at Waco Civic Theater.  To quote from the program (thanks Al, for the great write-up): "Emma is excited to be in her first performance for Waco Civic Theater, but is no rookie on the stage.  She has been with the Waco Children's Theater since the fall of 2008, most recently playing the role of Grace Bradley, mother, in 'The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.'  She also had a role in 'Grease' this past summer as a beauty school dropout, and in the summer of 2011 she was an angel in 'Godspell.'  Emma enjoys singing and is thrilled to be a member of the gospel choir and a towns person of Maycomb County in 'To Kill a Mockingbird.'  Emma is a member of the inaugural Youth Chorus of Central Texas.  She is also a member of the Panther Chorale at Midway Middle School.  Emma loves competition and has been a participant in 2012 and 2013 Solo Festivals and Region Choir, and has auditioned for 'America's Got Talent.'"
