Boat ride to Vieques: July 28, 2013

The ride to the island east of Puerto Rico took about 45 minutes.  The goal:  go out onto Mosquito Bay (named for an Indian tribe and not mosquitoes, thank goodness: there were no mosquitoes there) in a pontoon boat to stir up the bioluminescent organisms, causing them to light up like fireflies in the water.

Sun setting.  Must go to the bioluminescent bay at night for the full effect of shining creatures.
