| On the upper deck at Tamboo Tavern on Puerto Rico's westernmost point. This is Puerto Rico's surfing beach. In the winter time, the Atlantic waves can reach 25-30 feet in height (!), rivaling Hawaii's Oahu beach for surfing. Wish we could have seen that. Might have to go back to PR between November and April some time. |
