Rewards and relaxation after the race! (Saturday, January 20, 2024)

Grace and Grits for dinner. The specialty is shrimp and grits, of course. But we also tried the flight of grits: pimiento cheese grits, Brussels sprouts pesto grits, carrot cake grits, blueberry grits. All delicious! I grew up eating grits with melted butter on top, sometimes with an added spoonful of sugar.
