Winter tomatoes (January 10, 2024)

We had been enjoying homegrown tomatoes from our March 2023 planting until the first big freeze struck on January 10, 2024. Papa pulled up the plants.

We plucked green cherry tomatoes from the vines.

How do we ripen these?

We put them in a box with bananas, in a dark cool place, and wait about 17 days! Voila!
